Flange certifications must be read alongside the dimensional standard, material specification and purchase order. The register identifies references to discuss; it is not a blanket declaration that every configuration is available or certified. Compare industrial pipe flanges and pipe fittings and elbows, then confirm the exact standard and edition for your order.

Pipe fitting quality documentation should identify the product, drawing revision, material and inspection scope. Agree which records will accompany the goods, their document type and any witness points before the order is accepted. Certifications alone do not replace the records for your particular shipment. Review the blind flange or rubber expansion joint specifications as component examples before listing the documents required for your order.

Inspection and measurement

Inspection records: connect the drawing to the part

Agree the inspection plan for the product you intend to buy. Define measurements, sampling, acceptance criteria, reporting and any independent witness before production. The short product video below provides component context; it does not demonstrate a certification or a completed test.

Incoming materialConfirm the grade, marking and batch identification against the material records before production. Specify any additional material verification required by the order.
Checks in processAgree inspection stages and any hold points relevant to the component. Record results against the approved drawing and the agreed acceptance criteria.
Measurement equipmentAsk which calibrated instruments will be used for the critical features and request calibration evidence where your inspection plan requires it.

Verify certifications at their source

Material test certificates, management certifications and product test reports have different scopes. Check each against the company, site, product and order it actually names. Ask for the complete record, rather than approving a supplier from a logo or an unrelated test report.

How to trace a document

Take the heat number off the fittingCompare the heat or batch reference on the part, packaging and material record. Resolve missing or conflicting identification with JINYI before accepting the shipment.
Match it to the mill certificateFor material test certificates, check the named issuer, supplied material, batch reference and reported results against the specification. Request the complete applicable record and clarify any transfers of material information.
